do you need to cry?

In my anguish I cried to the Lord, and He answered by setting me free. The Lord is with me; I will not be afraid. What can man do to me?

We are 17 days in to 2018 and it has already been tough on some of my friends and family.

There has already been illness and loss, irreparable damage to relationships and things that are just flat out bad.
