When I read this verse, my first thought is “Go Your Own Way” by Fleetwood Mac, released in 1976, I am that weird.
But I chose this verse because I am going my own way tomorrow – on a very exciting trip.
It will be my first time leaving the country, and I am looking so forward to spending time on a sunny beach just soaking up the sun and enjoying the peace.

But it is scary, crazy things are happening in the world right now.
The verse emphasizes that those who follow God's wisdom will experience a sense of security, confidence, and peace, even in the face of adversity.
I’ll be gone (no “daily bread” messages) for a couple of weeks, but I know that I will be safe.

I trust in God.
