I am very fortunate that I am an empty nester.

Gone are the days of dragging children to the store to hear screams of frustration and “I want, I want, I want!”

Sadly, not everyone is an empty nester and even when I go to the store all alone, I still hear those cries of the children that are wanting everything.

I can remember trying to teach my children the difference between “need” and “want”. Heck, I am still learning that – I don’t “need” those cookies, but I sure “want” them.

God knows what we really need, and we don’t even have to ask Him.

Trust God enough to know that He will supply you with all your needs.

Maybe not when you “want” them, but definitely when you “need” them.
