Just
as a body, though one, has many parts, but all its many parts form one body, so
it is with Christ. For we were all baptized by one Spirit so as to form one
body—whether Jews or Gentiles, slave or free—and we were all given the one
Spirit to drink. Even so the body is not made up of one part but of many.
- 1 Corinthians 12:12-14
Everyone
needs someone that can pick them up when they are down.
Song
reference!
Sometimes in our lives we all have pain
We all have sorrow
But if we are wise
We know that there's always tomorrow
We all have sorrow
But if we are wise
We know that there's always tomorrow
Lean on me, when you're not strong
And I'll be your friend
I'll help you carry on
For it won't be long
'Til I'm gonna need
Somebody to lean on
And I'll be your friend
I'll help you carry on
For it won't be long
'Til I'm gonna need
Somebody to lean on
Please swallow your pride
If I have things you need to borrow
For no one can fill those of your needs
That you won't let show
If I have things you need to borrow
For no one can fill those of your needs
That you won't let show
You just call on me brother, when you need a hand
We all need somebody to lean on
I just might have a problem that you'll understand
We all need somebody to lean on
We all need somebody to lean on
I just might have a problem that you'll understand
We all need somebody to lean on
If there is a load you have to bear
That you can't carry
I'm right up the road
I'll share your load
That you can't carry
I'm right up the road
I'll share your load
If you just call me (call me)
One
thing that I really love about my church is how we love and take care of each
other.
Our
congregation has gathered together to help other members move, clean, do yard
work.
We
are made to take care of each other, to always love each other.
We
are told to carry each other’s burdens and to be generous with each other,
commit to each other.
I
hope that if you are reading this, you know that I care, and if you need me, I
will be here.
Have
a blessed day.
