weeds

Don’t be misled—you cannot mock the justice of God. You will always harvest what you plant. 8 Those who live only to satisfy their own sinful nature will harvest decay and death from that sinful nature. But those who live to please the Spirit will harvest everlasting life from the Spirit.

- Galatians 6:7-8 (NLT)

We all have people in our lives that will try to fool us into believe things that are not true.

Perhaps we are hearing some vicious gossip about a coworker or a story about someone we know that is laced with just enough truth that we are inclined to believe them.

These people are not good, and they will try to sway you by sowing seeds of discontent in your garden.

Heck, even the devil quoted scripture!

Don’t let people spread bad seeds in your garden because once weeds start growing it is hard to get them under control, (just ask my strawberry plot!).

When someone starts to plant the wrong things in your mind and heart, respond with the Spirit of God, let your heart be filled with His glory and overcome the weeds.
