Therefore,
since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off
everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles. And let us run
with perseverance the race marked out for us, fixing our eyes on Jesus, the
pioneer and perfecter of faith. For the joy set before Him He endured the
cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.
Consider Him who endured such opposition from sinners, so that you will not
grow weary and lose heart.

Another song reference!
O soul, are you weary and troubled?
No light in the darkness you see?
There’s light for a look at the Savior,
And life more abundant and free.
Turn your eyes upon Jesus,
Look full in His wonderful face,
And the things of earth will grow strangely dim,
In the light of His glory and grace.
That is an oldie but goodie, I love hymns.
We really are surrounded by people watching us to see what we
will do.
Perhaps we are not under as much scrutiny as the POTUS, but
there are still people that will judge our every move.
We must focus on Jesus and walk away from the sin that is prevalent
in our world today.
When we set our eyes on the goal of living with Jesus, it makes
time on earth not so bad.
