Don’t put your life in the hands of experts who know nothing of life, of salvation life. Mere humans don’t have what it takes; when they die, their projects die with them. Instead, get help from the God of Jacob, put your hope in God and know real blessing!

It isn’t often that I use The Message translation of the Bible, but I really like what it has to say for this verse.
The New King James Version for verse 3 reads Do not put your trust in princes, Nor in a son of man, in whom there is no help.
So many times we do place our trust in doctors, lawyers or politicians and most of the time they let us down in one way or another, if not today or tomorrow then soon.
Mere humans don’t have what it takes.
How true is that?
How many times do we come across things that cannot be explained by science?
But when we trust God, we get answers, our hope is real.
Put your hope in God and know!
